Q. How can I make an Order ?

Ordering Online is Easy!
1.Find the item you like and add to your shopping cart. Then you can either choose to Continue Shopping or Proceed To Checkout.
2.When you have finished adding items to your shopping cart, simply click on the Proceed to Checkout button, then click the Checkout button to proceed to the next step.
3.You will be asked to provide your shipping and billing information. Information with the (*) is required. You do not have to create a login name and password to complete your order; however, if you choose to create a login and password, you benefit by creating a personalized account which keeps track of your order history and saves your billing and shipping information for future orders!
4. On the next page, choose your desired payment method.
As soon as you submit your order, we will process and ship your order with all possible speed! Due to our in stock guarantee, 99.9% of orders shipped within 24 hours or less!

Q. How fast will I get my order?

Your order receives top priority. Orders are generally shipped by the next business. Depending on your location, deliveries can take up to 2 – 3 business days.

Q. Can I track my shipments?

Most definitely. We consider this one of our premiere responsibilities. All shipments that take 2 to 3 business days can be tracked via delivery confirmation. For tracking you order; please call customer service and talk to one of our representatives.

Q. Can I return my product after I buy it? What is the return policy?

Currently we don’t offer shipping to international customer, however, iLakta is planning to offer international customers its full services in the near future.

We pride ourselves by keeping our website up to data and adding more information as it becomes available.
Occasionally we receive product literature from the manufacturers to promote the products and will send those with orders if we think you may be interested in the product based on your past purchases.
iLakta staff is always keen on providing whatever information the customer might need.

Sorry, but we have found that it is too time consuming to track down the legitimacy of a company, the company's price, their product availability, and the company's quality of service and span of products.
